About the Role:

At Marcadors, we’re looking for a Motion Designer & Video Editor who understands that great visual content is not just about effects—it’s about taste, rhythm, storytelling, and restraint.
This is a hybrid creative role combining motion design, video editing, and shooting. You’ll work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to create contemporary, high-quality visual content for brands across social media, campaigns, hospitality, real estate, and more.
The role is approximately:
40% Motion Design – Brand systems in motion, typography, compositing, explainers, and visual storytelling.
40% Video Editing – Short-form content, campaign films, founder-led content, hospitality, real estate, and brand films.
20% Shooting – Handling the camera when required, with a strong understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and capturing the right moment.

Key Responsibilities:




Motion Design
Create engaging motion graphics, typography animations, transitions, and visual compositions.
Develop motion systems that are consistent with brand identity and visual language.
Create explainers, branded animations, and visual storytelling pieces.
Use animation with purpose, maintaining a clean and contemporary visual style.

Video Editing
Edit short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Work on campaign films, founder-led content, hospitality, real estate, and brand films.
Create robust pacing, rhythm, transitions, sound design, captions, and visual flow.
Transform raw footage into polished, engaging stories while maintaining brand consistency.
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Shooting
Handle basic to intermediate video shoots when the creative concept requires it.
