Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Delhi. The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives for production and communication services, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships,



and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering pitches, coordinating with internal creative and production teams to develop proposals, and ensuring that client expectations are met throughout project execution. The role involves tracking sales performance, forecasting revenue, and providing regular reports to leadership. The Sales Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, market research, and participation in industry events and networking activities to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within media, production, advertising, or communication agencies.
Strong client relationship management and account management skills, with a track record of maintaining long-term partnerships.
Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts effectively.
