Role Details
Full time | Hybrid (4 days offline, 2 days online) | 6 days a week
Open to third and fourth year students and recent graduates

What You'll Be Exposed To
You'll work across all verticals of the company, including:

Strategy and growth planning
Sales, partnerships and incentives
Client-facing operations
Research and insight development
Marketing and social media strategy
Internal systems, processes and execution
Team and stakeholder coordination

From research and reports to decision-making support, this role gives you a front-row seat to founder-level thinking.

Who We're Looking For
Third or fourth year student, or a recent graduate (any discipline)
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and speaking skills
Highly organised, proactive and self-driven
Comfortable with Google Workspace and MS Office
Genuine interest in education, leadership, startups or youth development
Prior exposure to education, consulting, sales or leadership programs is a plus
