Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive (Hindi & English) role based in Delhi, India. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients,



explaining DIDLLP’s residential and commercial projects, and qualifying leads based on interest and investment potential. The Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive will maintain and update lead databases, schedule follow-up calls and site visits, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inbound inquiries, sharing project details through phone, email, and messaging platforms, and providing clear, accurate information about legal compliance, location benefits, and investment returns. The role also requires maintaining professional communication standards, meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets, and contributing to a positive client experience.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to explain real estate offerings clearly and confidently.
