The Role
We’re looking for a Video Editor – Reels who understands that a positive Reel isn’t just a collection of clips.
It’s about the hook, pacing, story, music, emotion and attention.
You’ll work with our team to turn raw footage into engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
* Edit short-form videos from raw footage
* Create strong openings and hooks
* Cut footage according to the story and pacing
* Add captions and subtitles
* Use music and sound effects appropriately
* Create clean transitions and visual effects
* Add basic motion graphics where required
* Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats
* Follow creative direction and brand guidelines
* Make revisions based on feedback
* Maintain organized project files
* Deliver edits within agreed timelines

Who We’re Looking For
Freshers and interns are absolutely welcome.
You don’t need 3–5 years of agency experience.
We care more about your editing ability, creativity, curiosity and willingness to improve.
You should have:
* Basic understanding of video editing
* Good sense of timing and pacing
* Understanding of Reels/Shorts
* Attention to detail
* Creative thinking
* Willingness to learn
