Role Purpose
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven growth leader to own the customer lifecycle from activation and engagement to retention, reactivation, and revenue growth. This role will build and scale a customer growth engine that leverages analytics, personalization, experimentation, and customer insights to drive customer lifetime value and digital revenue.
Working at the intersection of business, product, marketing, analytics, and technology, you will identify growth opportunities, improve customer experiences, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute customer lifecycle strategies across onboarding, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Drive digital revenue growth through increased product adoption, customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
Build personalized, trigger-based,



omni-channel customer journeys using behavioral and transactional insights.
Develop customer segmentation, value management, and next-best-action frameworks.
Lead experimentation and test-and-learn programs to optimize customer and business outcomes.
Establish lifecycle measurement frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Partner with product, analytics, technology, and business teams to deliver customer growth initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing lifecycle marketing and customer growth team.

Candidate Profile
12-18 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, customer growth, digital revenue, product growth, or customer analytics.
