About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, and digital customer acquisition.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, leads, and sales while maintaining the premium positioning of the jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage the brand's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute monthly social media calendars.
Plan content around jewellery collections, product launches, festivals, campaigns, offers, and brand stories.
Coordinate with the photography, design,



and content teams to ensure high-quality and consistent content.
Monitor trends, hashtags, formats, and emerging social media opportunities relevant to the jewellery industry.
Increase engagement, followers, reach, and overall brand visibility.

2. Paid Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant paid campaigns.
Manage campaigns for brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, remarketing, and sales.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics.
Conduct audience research and create appropriate customer segments.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, copy, and campaigns to improve performance.
Coordinate with the sales/e-commerce team to ensure effective conversion of digital leads.

3. Content & Campaign Marketing
