About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with prior sales experience to help grow our cleaning services business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our residential and commercial cleaning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
Meet with prospective residential and commercial clients to understand their cleaning requirements.
Present customized cleaning service solutions and prepare quotations.
Convert leads into long-term customers through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads,



client interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of recent clients.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in cleaning services, facility management, home services, or related industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if field sales is required).
