Key responsibilities
• Lead local sales and market-development activities across priority service categories.
• Recruit, activate and grow relationships with service partners.
• Develop in-store customer-booking initiatives, business partnerships, community collaborations and other local sales channels.
• Organise partner workshops and drive booking adoption.
• Manage and guide the sales team while working closely with Marketing and Operations.




• Deliver measurable growth in completed bookings, gross merchandise value (GMV) and repeat business.

Candidate profile
• Proven experience in marketplace, platform, category, territory, merchant-acquisition or business-development roles.
• Strong professional pitching, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Able to take ownership, work independently and execute effectively in the field.
• Commercially analytical and comfortable working with targets and performance data.
• Experience managing a team or market territory is preferred.
• MBA or equivalent commercial experience is desirable.
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate and work extensively within Jaipur.
