Senior Business Development Manager – Unified Communications & Contact Center Solutions

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development professional with a proven track record of selling Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center (CC/CCaaS) solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers in India. This is a hunter role β€” we need someone who can hit the ground running with an existing network, warm relationships, and an active pipeline in this space.

What You'll Do
Own and drive recent business acquisition for UC and Contact Center solutions across India
Identify, engage, and close enterprise/mid-market accounts through direct outreach, partner channels, and your existing network
Carry and consistently exceed a quarterly/annual sales quota
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho etc.)
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning,



proposal/RFP response, commercial negotiation, and closure
Collaborate with pre-sales, solutions engineering, and delivery teams to design customer-specific proposals
Track and report pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence to leadership

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 5+ years of direct, hands-on sales experience specifically in Unified Communications and/or Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions β€” general SaaS or IT sales experience alone will not be considered
Demonstrated experience selling to Indian enterprise/mid-market customers
An existing, active pipeline or book of business in the UC/CC space that can translate to near-term revenue
Strong understanding of UC/CC technology stack: SIP, VoIP, cloud telephony, omnichannel contact center, IVR, WFM, CRM integrations
Established relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Customer Experience Heads) in Indian enterprises
