Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
About the Role
Indo European Study Abroad Consultant is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Visa Manager with a strong background in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry.
The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in student visa processing, solid knowledge of international study visa regulations, and proven experience in managing and leading a visa processing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end student visa processing for multiple international study destinations.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the visa processing team to ensure timely and accurate application submissions.
Review student visa files, including financial documents, academic documents, SOPs, supporting documents, and application forms.




Conduct detailed quality checks before submission to minimize errors and visa refusals.
Stay updated with country-specific visa rules, immigration policies, compliance requirements, and procedural changes.
Guide counsellors and students regarding visa eligibility, documentation requirements, interview preparation, and application timelines.
Ensure compliance with country-specific requirements, including:
Student visa validity
Maximum permitted stay
Visa extensions
Post-study work options, wherever applicable
University, embassy, and visa application centre deadlines
Coordinate effectively with universities, embassies, VFS/visa application centres, and internal departments.
Monitor visa application status, outcomes, and overall visa success rates.
Identify gaps in the visa process and implement improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.
Prepare regular reports on visa applications, approvals, refusals, pending cases, and tea
