We are expanding our Global Workday Practice and are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support implementation, AMS, and integration engagements across our global customer base.
Job Summary
UST is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant with robust expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, and ADP GlobalView integrations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Workday integration solutions while collaborating with customers, Workday consultants, and third-party vendors.
This role requires a self-driven professional who can lead integration deliverables, support complex implementations, manage client expectations, and contribute to the growth of UST's Workday Practice.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Integration Delivery
Design,
develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions across implementation and AMS engagements.
Implement and support Workday Demographic PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and Time Integrations with ADP GlobalView.
Ensure seamless data exchange and system connectivity between Workday and GlobalView platforms.
Build, enhance, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and related integration technologies.
Support integration deployment activities including data validation, testing, cutover planning, and post-production support.
Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into scalable integration solutions.
Collaborate closely with Workday functional teams, clients, and third-party vendors during project execution.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution during implementation and support phases.
