Role Description The Business Development Head is a full time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding MediO'Rise’s client base in the real estate and architectural visualization sectors. This role includes developing and executing business plans, identifying new market opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with developers, agencies,



and related stakeholders. The Business Development Head will lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, oversee proposal and pitch development, and ensure high-quality client engagement from lead generation through project delivery. Daily activities also involve analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activity, collaborating with internal creative and production teams, and tracking performance metrics to support sustainable business growth.
