Coordinate daily facility management activities across office premises.
Ensure smooth functioning of workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas, cafeterias, and support facilities.
Conduct regular facility inspections and report maintenance issues.
Monitor housekeeping and technical service standards.
Electrical & Technical Infrastructure
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of:
LT/HT Panels
DG Sets
UPS Systems
Transformers
Electrical Distribution Systems
Lighting Systems
Monitor electrical load utilization and energy consumption.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and support business continuity requirements.
Vendor Management
Coordinate with facility and technical service vendors.
Track vendor performance against SLAs.
Validate service reports, maintenance schedules, and invoices.
Escalate service deficiencies and monitor closure.
Preventive Maintenance
Maintain annual preventive maintenance calendars.
Ensure timely completion of technical inspections and maintenance activities.
Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
BGV:
