Role Overview:
This role will drive digital transformation for Croma’s transportation network alongside business, technology/product teams & vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Croma's transport network, processes and requirements
Evaluate TMS vendor(s) for business and functional fit.
Work with Product & Tech teams on TMS development, enhancements and integrations.
Drive TMS rollout planning and implementation across Croma.
Design controls & governance
Drive adoption, stabilization and continuous improvement.
Work with extended teams (Store operations, Customer service) and partners to deliver the TMS roadmap.
Key Requirements:
2-4 yrs of experience in supply chain operations (preferred logistics) or in supply chain technology or program management.
Experience in vendor evaluation, product development and implementation.
MBA from reputed institution
