About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing & Data Analyst who can independently manage social media operations while using data to measure and improve performance. The role will involve content planning, account management, audience engagement, trend monitoring, campaign execution, analytics and reporting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day operations of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate posts, Reels, Stories, Carousels and Shorts.
Coordinate with designers, content writers and video editors for content creation.
Manage comments, DMs and audience engagement.
Track social media trends, competitors and platform updates.
Maintain consistent brand tone and communication across platforms.




Analytics & Reporting
Track Reach, Impressions, Engagement Rate, Follower Growth, Views, Watch Time, Saves, Shares and CTR.
Analyse audience behaviour, demographics and content performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Identify high-performing and low-performing content and suggest improvements.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Maintain dashboards and accurate campaign data.
Use UTM tracking and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.

Basic social listening and reporting tools
Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing or Social Media Analytics.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithm
