About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales Manager to lead and scale our global B2B SaaS sales function. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales leader who can operate independently, build a predictable sales engine, and take complete ownership of team performance and revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of sales experience, strong exposure to international markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams in a quick-paced SaaS environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role — we are looking for someone who leads from the front, requires minimal supervision, and can independently identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Sales Ownership
* Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the sales team.
* Drive the complete sales funnel from Lead → Demo → Negotiation → Closed Won.
* Improve conversion rates, sales velocity, average deal value, and win rates.




* Identify revenue gaps and independently implement corrective strategies.
* Build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline across international markets.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
* Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
* Conduct daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and performance discussions.
* Set clear individual and team targets and ensure accountability.
* Coach team members on prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
* Identify performance gaps and take timely corrective action.
* Lead from the front by stepping into strategic and high-value deals when required.

3. International Sales & Market Expansion
* Drive sales across US, LATAM, Europe, India, and other international markets.
* Develop region-specific sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer behavior.
