JOB SUMMARY:
MO DESIGNS is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to onboard new clients and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building solid relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships aligned with the company’s design services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Target, and onboard new clients for MO DESIGNS design and creative services.
· Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
· Understand client requirements and propose suitable design solutions in coordination with internal teams.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions to prospective clients.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
· Coordinate with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
· Track sales activities, maintain CRM records,



and provide regular reports to management.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Experience
3–8 years of relevant experience in business development or client onboarding.
