Job Description – Sales & Marketing Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to strengthen our sales team and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of technical products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
Promote and sell company products and solutions to customers.
Meet potential clients and understand their technical requirements.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
Generate inquiries, quotations, and follow up with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.

Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) OR Any Degree with relevant sales experience.
1–2 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or Sales Engineering.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
