About the Role
We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage and ideas into sharp, engaging final content, from product demos and customer stories to social reels and campaign videos. You'll own the edit from rough cut to final export, bringing strong storytelling, pacing, and visual polish to everything you touch, while using contemporary editing and AI tools to move fast without cutting corners on quality.

Key Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and marketing campaigns
Cut short-form content (reels/shorts) optimized for platform-specific pacing, hooks, and retention
Structure long-form content (product demos, testimonials, webinars) into clear, watchable narratives
Add captions, subtitles, sound design, background music, color correction, and basic graphics to finished edits
Work with marketing and content teams to understand the goal of each video and edit accordingly (awareness, education, conversion)




Use AI tools for tasks like auto-captioning, transcription, voiceovers, rough-cut assembly, and creative ideation to speed up turnaround
Organize and manage raw footage libraries, project files, and version control across multiple active projects
Turn around edits within campaign timelines, often juggling several projects at different stages simultaneously
Ensure all video output is consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity
Collaborate with designers, motion graphic artists, and marketing stakeholders from brief to final delivery

Requirements
1–4 years of experience editing video for digital and social platforms
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing range across short-form and long-form content
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (required)
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for basic graphics, titles, and simple animations
Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling structure,
