Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Research Trainer role based in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver clinical research and clinical education sessions to learners, using structured curricula, practical case studies, and interactive teaching methods. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning training modules, conducting in-person classes, evaluating learner performance, providing feedback, and updating training content in line with current clinical and research standards.



The role involves collaborating with other trainers and subject matter experts, supporting participants with guidance on clinical practices, and maintaining accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in clinical disciplines, including Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.
Demonstrated expertise in Clinical Education and Training, with experience teaching or mentoring learners.
Practical experience in Research, preferably in clinical or healthcare-related projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Relevant degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced qualifications in clinical research or education are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage full-time training schedules.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a learner-focused approach.
