Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will focus on driving sales efforts, building client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in the hospitality sector. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue goals, managing a sales pipeline, and leading negotiations.



The role will also require collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Relationship-building and client management expertise, with a focus on maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
Market research and analysis capabilities to develop effective sales strategies in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in managing and developing a sales team, with strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales management systems.
Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
