About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced "Senior Architect" to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have robust architectural design skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to take projects from concept development through detailed drawings, visualization, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed drawings.
* Prepare and coordinate "AutoCAD working drawings" and construction documentation.
* Develop 3D models using "SketchUp".
* Produce high-quality architectural visualizations using "Lumion and D5 Render".
* Create compelling architectural presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
* Review drawings and ensure design accuracy and quality.
* Assist in material selection, façade development,
interior design, and detailing.
* Conduct site visits and coordinate design execution with site teams.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables independently.
* Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.
Required Skills
* AutoCAD – Advanced proficiency
* SketchUp – Advanced proficiency
* Lumion – Advanced proficiency
* D5 Render – Good to advanced proficiency
* Strong architectural presentation and communication skills
* Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing
* Robust design sense with attention to proportion, aesthetics, and functionality
* Ability to prepare professional client presentations
* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification.
* "3-5 years of relevant architectural experience."
