Role Description The Senior Process Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram,



responsible for leading process engineering activities for steel and metals production projects. This role includes designing and optimizing process flows, specifying equipment and control strategies, and ensuring process safety, efficiency, and reliability. The Senior Process Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including project engineering, design, commissioning, and operations, to develop and validate process concepts, perform simulations, and support start-up and performance guarantees. Day-to-day responsibilities involve reviewing and preparing technical documents, conducting analytical evaluations of process performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and recommending improvements aligned with sustainability and green steel objectives. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, engaging with customers and vendors on technical matters, and supporting proposal and bid activities with process-related inputs.
