Nobody arrives here new to trying. They have done the diets, the gyms, the apps, the six- week plans. What they have never had is one system that takes on the whole problem at once and stays long enough for it to hold.

That is what we build. Doctors, diagnostics, nutrition, coaching, strength, mental health support, and a team that does not disappear after the first result.

We are a new brand inside Mosaic Wellness, the house behind Man Matters, Be Bodywise, Little Joys and Root Labs. 300+ people are on the program already.
Almost none of them came for a number on a scale. They came because somewhere along the way they stopped recognising themselves. We help people carve out a current identity, and then hand them the system that keeps it.

About the role
You are the first real human contact in that story.

Hundreds of people every week get far enough to tell us they are ready, and then stop. Not because they changed their mind. Because nobody called, and because the last five things they tried did not work, and they are tired.

Your job on that call is to be the calm one.



To listen longer than feels comfortable. To ask instead of pitch. To understand what actually brought them here, name it back to them accurately, and let the silence sit while they think.

Trust first. Conviction second. The booking follows both, and never the other way around.

You are not closing a sale. You are the reason someone who had given up decides to start.

Roles and responsibilities
1. Own your assigned leads. A fresh list every morning. You work all of it, every day, and nobody chases you for it.

2. Follow up until you get a real answer. Call and chat, across days, on a cadence you hold. Most people say yes on the fourth conversation, not the first.
3. Build trust and conviction on the call. Open with a question, not a benefit. Reflect back what you heard. Explain the science that matches their situation. Introduce the plan last.
