Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The specialist will promote IIHM’s hospitality management programs, generate and qualify leads, and support student enrollment through presentations, counseling sessions, and participation in education fairs and events. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing sales and marketing campaigns, managing outreach to schools and colleges, and maintaining solid relationships with prospective students, parents, and partner institutions. The role involves coordinating with academic and administrative teams to ensure a consistent brand message, preparing marketing materials and reports, and tracking performance against enrollment and revenue targets. The specialist will also provide input on market trends and competitor activities to help refine IIHM’s overall sales and marketing strategy.
