Hoopr Smash is India’s leading music licensing marketplace, currently serving 135+ brands across FMCG, D2C, retail, beauty, fashion and other consumer categories. Brands including Libas, Pilgrim, Traya, Country Delight, Meesho and Marico use Hoopr Smash to access popular and trending music for their digital content.
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing & Content Manager who can help take Hoopr Smash to the next level — driving greater awareness across the brand and agency ecosystem, strengthening our presence in the market, and making Hoopr Smash a household name in music licensing for brands. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that when brands think about using popular music for their content, Hoopr Smash is the first name that comes to mind.
The Role
This is a hands-on marketing role combining B2B demand generation, content marketing, social media and brand storytelling.
You’ll work closely with the sales and leadership teams to expand our reach across the brand ecosystem, create meaningful conversations with the right audiences, and turn Hoopr Smash’s existing market presence into stronger awareness, preference and demand.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, partnerships, events and other relevant channels.
Own the content calendar and social presence for Hoopr Smash across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
Create sharp, engaging content around music, brands, creators, copyright, trends and the future of digital content.
Conceptualise and execute campaigns, reels, carousels, newsletters, blogs, case studies and thought-leadership content.
Create marketing assets that help sales teams open conversations and convert prospects.
Identify relevant industry events, partnerships and communities to increase visibility within the brand and agency ecosystem.
