Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the sales team in managing day-to-day operations and client interactions. This position involves preparing and updating sales documentation, proposals, and presentations, maintaining CRM records,



and tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-ups. The coordinator will liaise with clients to schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely communication, while also coordinating internally with project, technical, and finance teams to support smooth order processing and execution. Additional responsibilities include generating sales reports, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, handling administrative tasks related to sales activities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency.
