About The Role
This is not a traditional ML or software engineering role; it is a founding-level opportunity at the intersection of AI, healthcare, interoperability, and systems engineering. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to solve problems that do not come with a playbook.

What You Will Do:
Reverse-engineer AI systems to analyze model behavior, agent architectures, prompts, tool use, orchestration, and system-level workflows.
Understand and improve LLM-powered applications, multi-agent systems,



and AI-native architectures.
Deconstruct complex APIs, integrations, EHR workflows, and healthcare data exchanges.
Work across FHIR, HL7, X12/EDI, SMART on FHIR, OAuth2, and up-to-date healthcare interoperability patterns.
Build prototypes, tooling, scripts, and production systems that turn findings into scalable capabilities.
Explore MCP, contextual API orchestration, semantic adapters, schema translation, and agent-to-system interaction.
Solve difficult integration problems across EHRs, telephony, scheduling, claims, and patient engagement platforms.
Work directly with customers to understand real-world workflows and partner with Product and Engineering to build internal tooling and product features.
