About the Role

Blue Tea India is looking for a Logistics Associate – E-commerce Operations to manage day-to-day order fulfillment and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dispatch, shipment coordination, inventory management and courier operations, along with a positive understanding of e-commerce orders and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from order processing to final delivery.
* Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing and shipment.
* Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, deliveries and shipment issues.
* Track shipments and follow up on delayed, undelivered and failed shipments.
* Handle RTO, returns, NDR and delivery-related issues.
* Monitor order status and ensure timely dispatch as per operational SLAs.
* Maintain proper shipment and logistics records.




* Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory availability and reconciliation.
* Monitor e-commerce orders across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
* Handle order cancellations, returns and reverse logistics.
* Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports using Excel.
* Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
* Support logistics operations during high-volume sales periods.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, order fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
* Experience in e-commerce logistics is preferred.
* Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other e-commerce platforms.
* Good understanding of order processing, shipment tracking, returns and RTO.
* Experience coordinating with courier/logistics partners.
* Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse coordination.
* Working knowledge of MS Excel – filters,
