Role Description The Sr Perfumer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Sr Perfumer will lead the creation, development,



and refinement of fragrances for personal care and cosmetic products, ensuring each formulation aligns with brand positioning, regulatory requirements, and market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating raw materials, composing recent fragrance accords, conducting stability and compatibility testing in various product bases, and optimizing scent performance across product lines. The role involves close collaboration with R&D;, product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to translate client briefs into commercially viable fragrances and to support scale-up from lab to production. The Sr Perfumer will also manage fragrance libraries, maintain detailed formula documentation, contribute to innovation pipelines, and participate in client presentations and sensory evaluations.
