Role Description The Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for a range of D2C clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur includes managing campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies to achieve performance goals such as ROAS, conversions, and lead generation. The role involves creating and testing ad creatives,



collaborating with design and content teams, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand strategies. The Meta Ads Manager will monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. The position also includes staying updated on Meta policies, platform changes, and best practices, while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders on campaign plans and outcomes.
