VATSGROUP INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to join our Procurement team.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH RELEVANT PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.❌ Profiles from other industries will not be considered.
If you have 5–8 years of hands-on procurement experience in the PEB, Steel Fabrication, Construction, or EPC industry, this is an excellent chance to grow your career with us.

Key Responsibilities
βœ… Manage end-to-end procurement of PEB materials, including structural steel, steel coils, roofing sheets, fasteners, insulation, and accessories.
βœ… Develop and manage vendors while negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
βœ… Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with Design, Production, and Project teams for effective material planning.
βœ… Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely material availability, and ensure uninterrupted production.
βœ… Evaluate suppliers based on quality,



cost, and lead time while driving cost optimization.
βœ… Coordinate logistics, resolve supply chain challenges, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Eligibility Criteria
βœ” Mandatory: 5–8 years of procurement experience in the PEB Industry.
βœ” Experience in Steel Fabrication, Construction, or EPC will also be considered only if it includes significant PEB procurement exposure.
βœ” Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Commerce, or Supply Chain.
βœ” Strong knowledge of structural steel, fabrication materials, and market pricing.
βœ” Expertise in Vendor Development, Commercial Negotiation, Cost Optimization, Inventory Planning, ERP/SAP, and Advanced MS Excel.
βœ” Excellent coordination and communication skills.
