Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales Consultant role located in the Pune Division. The Immigration Sales Consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their immigration needs, and present suitable visa and resettlement options and services. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining processes and documentation requirements, preparing proposals, and following up to convert leads into successful enrollments.



The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, and supporting clients through each stage of the immigration journey. The consultant will also contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting, with experience in promoting services and converting leads into clients.
Robust focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
Consulting abilities, with aptitude for understanding client needs, providing tailored advice, and explaining complex processes.
Relevant experience in immigration, legal, or education consulting
