Role Description
The Sales and Service Specialist is a full time, on-site role located in Gurgaon, Jaipur, Delhi, Lucknow and Chandigarh. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities,



and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing client inquiries, conducting sales presentations, Demonstrations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the implementation and training of robotics solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and contribute to service excellence.

Qualifications
Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on client relationship management
Experience 0 - 3 years in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting sales goals and identifying new business opportunities
Proficiency in Training and onboarding customers, ensuring seamless integration and providing ongoing support
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and adapt in a fast-paced setting
