Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations that align with CaratLane’s brand and service standards.



Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, managing inquiries, supporting store operations, and assisting with visual merchandising and stock displays. The role also involves meeting individual and store sales targets, maintaining accurate billing and documentation, and contributing to exceptional customer service and repeat business. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with store leadership and team members to ensure a welcoming and professional store environment.
Qualifications
Solid customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide thoughtful recommendations.
Sales and negotiation skills, including experience working toward targets and converting inquiries into purchases.
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
