About the Role

Nestable is looking for an articulate, high-energy Telesales / Inside Sales Specialist to qualify leads for our high-end modular homes and prefabricated architectural solutions. You will be the primary voice of Nestable, engaging with prospective luxury homeowners, resort developers, architects, and corporate clients to pitch our product lines (Ukiyo, Elysian, Odyssey) and schedule consultations for our sales engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification: Promptly engage with high-intent inbound inquiries received via our website, social media campaigns, and digital channels to assess client requirements, site readiness, and budget.

Outbound Outreach: Initiate targeted outreach to potential B2B clients, resort operators, real estate developers, and hospitality project managers.

Consultative Pitching: Clearly articulate Nestable's core value propositions—off-site precision, rapid deployment,



luxury aesthetics, and eco-friendly engineering.

Pipeline & CRM Management: Track all lead interactions, call logs, follow-up schedules, and deal stages meticulously in our CRM.

Meeting Scheduling: Convert qualified prospects into confirmed meetings, virtual presentations, or site visits for the senior sales team.

Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular touchpoints with prospective buyers through structured follow-ups, sharing product brochures, case studies, and project updates.

Key Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling (experience in real estate, luxury architectural products, interior design, or high-ticket B2B sales is strongly preferred).

Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English, along with fluent Hindi. Ability to hold confident conversations with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate executives.
