Site Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day interior and woodwork site activities.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and design standards.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, vendors, architects, designers and site teams.
Monitor woodwork, modular furniture, carpentry, installation and finishing activities.
Conduct regular site measurements and quality inspections.
Ensure proper material availability, quantity verification and material handling.
Monitor manpower, work progress and ensure projects are completed within timelines.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Coordinate with the design/procurement team for drawing clarifications and material requirements.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site updates and work documentation.
Ensure quality, safety, cleanliness and proper site discipline.
Handle snagging, rectification and final handover activities.
