Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced General Manager (GM) – ERP to lead the strategic planning, implementation, enhancement, and governance of the University's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem. The role will drive digital transformation by ensuring seamless integration of academic and administrative functions, optimizing business processes, and delivering technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the institution.

About the Role

The General Manager (GM) – ERP will be responsible for leading the end-to-end management, administration, and optimization of the University’s ERP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

ERP Strategy & Governance
Lead the end-to-end management, administration, and optimization of the University's ERP ecosystem.
Develop and implement ERP strategies aligned with institutional goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure high system availability, scalability, security, and performance across all ERP modules.
Oversee ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and continuous improvements.




Business Process Automation
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
Drive digital transformation initiatives by streamlining academic and administrative operations.
Standardize business processes through effective ERP utilization.
Stakeholder & Requirement Management
Collaborate with academic, administrative, finance, HR, admissions, examination, and other departments to gather business requirements.
Translate operational needs into scalable ERP solutions.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure continuous process improvements.
ERP Project Management
Lead ERP implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration projects.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
