About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, curious, and data-driven Fraud & Risk Analyst to join our team and help protect Maya Mobile's revenue and customer trust. This is a foundational role — you'll be at the center of identifying, investigating, and preventing fraud across our transaction ecosystem, including payment processing, promotional vouchers and coupon codes, eSIM activation abuse, and usage anomalies. You'll work with large datasets, build detection frameworks,



leverage AI-powered tools to spot patterns humans can't, and help shape the fraud prevention best practices that will scale with our business. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytically rigorous, naturally skeptical, and excited about using modern tools — including AI and automation — to outsmart bad actors.

Responsibilities

Fraud Detection & Investigation
Monitor and investigate suspicious activity across payments, voucher redemptions, promotional code abuse, refund patterns, and eSIM activation/usage anomalies.
Analyze transaction-level data to identify fraud rings, synthetic identities, account takeover attempts, and policy exploitation.
Investigate chargebacks and payment disputes, coordinating with payment processors (e.g., Adyen) and internal teams to resolve cases and recover revenue.
