ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing Resource Augmentation practice placing senior AI and engineering talent into Global Capability Centres (GCCs) of Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for an Associate to work alongside our senior sales team — running the execution engine that turns GCC conversations into closed mandates and successful placements.
This is a hands-on role. You will not carry an independent sales quota. Instead, you will be the execution partner to senior sales consultants, doing the research, prospecting, coordination, and follow-through that makes their client conversations sharper and their deals close faster.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prospecting and lead generation for GCC accounts across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and beyond — identifying the right buyers, mapping accounts, and building outreach lists.
Meeting coordination and pre-call research for senior sellers — briefing them on the account, the buyer, and the context before every CXO conversation.
CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking — owning the discipline that keeps every open chance visible, current, and moving.




Attending client meetings as second chair — taking ownership of follow-ups, action items, candidate submissions, and the execution work that follows every meeting.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 1 year in IT services, staff augmentation, or resource augmentation.
MBA from a recognised institute.
Working knowledge of the GCC ecosystem — who the buyers are, how they hire, and how staff augmentation fits into their workforce strategy.
Familiarity with staff augmentation commercials — bill rates, notice periods, C2H vs. C2C engagement models.
Comfortable communicating with CXO-level buyers — not intimidated, articulate, presentable. You have supported senior sellers in CXO meetings and shown some independent conversations of your own.
