Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Kolkata. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the complete sales cycle for residential and commercial real estate projects, including lead generation, client engagement, property presentations, negotiations, and closure of deals. The role involves meeting prospective buyers,



understanding their requirements, recommending suitable properties, and providing accurate information on project features, pricing, and payment plans. The Senior Sales Executive will maintain regular follow-up with clients, update and manage sales records and CRM tools, and coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth transactions. The position also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic sales planning and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or similar industry-facing roles, with strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.
Proficiency in lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools to maintain accurate records and forecasts.
