Job Description – Sales Executive (Middle East & Europe)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition. The candidate should have prior experience selling cybersecurity, information security, GRC, or compliance services and should be comfortable engaging with decision-makers across the Middle East and European markets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
Identify and engage key decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security leaders.
Promote Cyber Sigma’s cybersecurity and compliance services, including:
VAPT – Web, Mobile, API, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure
Red Teaming and Security Assessments
ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, and other ISO certifications




PCI DSS and PCI Secure Software
SOC 1 and SOC 2 Attestation
GRC, Risk Assessment, and Compliance Automation
Cloud Security, Secure Code Review, and Information Systems Audits
Regulatory and industry-specific cybersecurity assessments
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
Schedule qualified meetings and product/service demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Maintain accurate lead, activity, and chance records in the CRM.
Achieve assigned targets for calls, meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, information security, IT services, GRC, or compliance consulting.
Proven experience in cold calling and international business development.
