Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, welcoming guests, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome, seat, and assist guests.
Take and serve food and beverage orders.
Maintain restaurant setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
Ensure proper table setting and replenishment of service stations.
Handle guest queries and coordinate with managers for guest satisfaction.
Follow SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Assist in opening, shift, and closing duties.
Support team members and participate in training sessions.

Qualification & Experience:
Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred.
