Role/ Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for specific products or product lines. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving marketing campaigns for our products, ensuring alignment between business goals and marketing execution. They manage end-to-end campaign delivery, work closely with – business & product teams, channel / MarTech teams, in-house creative team, and agencies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Translate business requirements into explicit marketing briefs and oversee campaign execution across digital and retention channels.
Performance Marketing Enablement: Partner with internal teams to execute campaigns across Google, Meta, and 3rd party platforms with a focus on measurable outcomes.
AI-Driven Marketing:



Leverage AI tools for personalization, asset optimization, and scaling output efficiently.
Retention Marketing Ownership: Drive customer engagement through SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, RCS, and email—ensuring relevance, compliance, and impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, business, analytics, creative teams, and vendors to deliver seamless campaigns.
Quality & Governance: Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on digital-first marketing trends, AI tools, and performance optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Scaling Video Output: Enable seamless video production—working with in-house animators and external vendors—to deliver high-quality short-form, performance-led, and brand videos at speed.
