As Social Media Manager at PixelOMedia, you will own the social presence of the agency and its clients - not just publish content, but build brand narratives that connect to real outcomes. You'll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, guiding the design team on what to create and the performance team on how to amplify it.

Role Type: In-house office role
Expected Salary - Upto 35K per month in hand.
Location: Jaipur

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Social Media Strategy - Build and own platform-specific strategies for PixelOMedia's and it's client accounts. Every strategy must connect to a measurable brand or revenue outcome - not just vanity metrics.
Algorithm & Platform Intelligence - Stay ahead of platform changes across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Understand what the algorithm rewards and build content strategies around it - not against it.
Keyword & SEO Research for Social - Conduct keyword research for captions, hashtags, LinkedIn articles.



Understand how discoverability works on social and use it as a growth lever.
Content Planning & Campaign Execution - Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars. Build and execute campaigns with transparent brand positioning, emotional hooks, and defined objectives - awareness, consideration, or conversion.
Moodboard & Creative Direction - Brief the design team with detailed moodboards, tone references, and communication frameworks. You don't need to design - but you must know exactly what to ask for and why.
Design Team Guidance - Collaborate daily with visual designers to ensure every creative communicates the brand correctly - typography, colour, hierarchy, emotion, and message clarity - not just visual appeal.
Performance Team Collaboration - Work with the performance marketing team to align organic content strategy with paid amplification. Understand which content deserves boosting and brief them accordingl
