Role Description The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social,



and display to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for Shopify and eCommerce clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, bid strategies, and ongoing performance monitoring using analytics and advertising platforms. The role involves running A/B tests, optimizing landing pages and funnels, collaborating with design and development teams to align marketing efforts with site experiences, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. The Performance Marketer will also research market trends, competitor strategies, and new tools or platforms to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. This is a full time, in office role based in Surat.
Qualifications
Strong skills in performance marketing domains such as paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta Ads), and remarketing, with a focus on ROI optimization.
