Sales Executive – Healthcare / Inside Sales

Location: Green Park Extension, Recent Delhi
Work Mode: On-site | Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Off
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance

ReDial Clinic is a doctor-led metabolic reversal clinic in New Delhi, founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh. We help people manage and work towards reversing metabolic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, PCOS, and related lifestyle conditions through structured, closely monitored programs.
Our patients usually don't approach us casually. They come to us because they are worried about their health and are looking for the right guidance and support.

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can be the first human voice a prospective patient hears from ReDial Clinic and turn that first conversation into a scheduled consultation and eventually an enrolled patient.




You will handle inbound and outbound leads, understand their concerns, explain our programs clearly, follow up consistently, and ensure that no genuine lead goes cold.
If you enjoy talking to people, are comfortable with targets, and believe good sales come from understanding a customer's problem rather than simply pushing a product, this role could be a great fit.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Respond quickly to new leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Understand the patient's concerns, requirements, and level of interest.
Explain ReDial Clinic's programs in simple, clear, non-technical language.
Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations.
Follow up with leads who need more time to make a decision.
Maintain accurate lead status, remarks, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams for smooth patien
