Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple brands and channels. The role will combine digital strategy, campaign management, performance analysis, creative ideation, and cross-functional execution to drive brand growth and measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms, consumer behaviour, content trends, and performance marketing, along with the ability to turn insights into cutting-edge campaign ideas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
* Create monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans across relevant channels.
* Identify opportunities across social media, content, paid media, search, and other digital platforms.
* Stay updated on digital trends, platform developments, audience behaviour,



and emerging opportunities.
* Use market and consumer insights to strengthen digital strategies and campaigns.

2. Creative Ideation & Campaign Concepts

* Lead brainstorming and develop creative campaign concepts, digital-first ideas, content series, and communication platforms.
* Translate business objectives and consumer insights into engaging digital ideas.
* Develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns, launches, topical content, brand moments, and performance campaigns.
* Work closely with creative and content teams to bring ideas to life across formats such as static posts, reels, videos, carousels, blogs, and interactive content.
* Identify opportunities to improve content engagement, relevance, and shareability.

3. Campaign Execution & Performance

* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant
