Laitram Machinery India is seeking an Optimization Engineer / Account Manager to strengthen customer success across India and the APAC region. This role will act as a bridge between customers, the Service team, the Commercial team, Product, and Laitram Cloud by helping customers realize, measure, and communicate the value delivered by Laitram Machinery equipment and services.

The successful candidate will focus on equipment optimization, value validation, customer engagement, and identifying opportunities for additional customer value. This is not a pure sales role; it requires strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate quantified business outcomes in customer terms.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers to understand their production realities, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze machine performance and process data to identify optimization opportunities that improve throughput, efficiency, quality yield, or cost performance.
Quantify business value, payback,



and customer impact using clear customer-facing metrics and measurable outcomes.
Validate and communicate the value delivered by Laitram Machinery equipment, service visits, upgrades, and optimization activities.
Work closely with Service teams after key service calls or maintenance activities to confirm results and help customers understand the operational improvements achieved.
Develop solid relationships with existing customers and key accounts through regular site visits, conference calls, web meetings, and follow-up discussions.
Identify opportunities where Laitram Machinery products, services, service contracts, upgrades, or solutions can create additional value for customers.
Support upcoming Laitram Machinery projects in India and the broader APAC region by providing technical-commercial insight and customer feedback.
